Discord (Preferred): Join our server and open a ticket via the #support channel.

In app: Click on the "Help & Support" link in the bottom right corner to message our support team from within the Omni app.
Please provide as much information as possible (including your account's address, if relevant) in your initial message. Responses can take up to 24 hours, with longer wait times on weekends.
