# Getting Help (Support)

Answers to common questions can be found here in the [Variational Docs](https://docs.variational.io/), or in the [Variational Help Center](https://help.variational.io/).&#x20;

If you need support from a member of the team, a ticket can be opened through the following channels:

* **Help Center:** Visit the [Variational Help Center](https://help.variational.io/), click the Variational logo in the bottom right corner, and click "Contact Support."&#x20;
* **In App:** Click on the "Help & Support" link in the bottom right corner to message our support team from within the [Omni app](https://omni.variational.io/).

Please provide as much information as possible (including your account's address and trade IDs, if relevant) in your initial message. Responses can take up to 24 hours, with longer wait times on weekends.&#x20;
